Here's what I created using this sketch:

 I also combined my layout with Stacy's Photo Inspiration challenge.  
Even though Stacy's photo has very soft colors, the flowers inspired me to use flowers on my layout and the title "Happy Mother's Day" title inspired me to create a layout about myself.  I also used a "mom" themed collection from PhotoPlay collection.
