Linnie Bloom's 12x12 Canvas Layout

Hello Crafters!

Today is a good day!  It's actually my birthday! Woohoo!! :) I am 43 today and I'm very thankful for alot but first and foremost, I am thankful for another year of life.  And to celebrate, Hubby is taking me out to dinner and a movie, if we can stay up that late! LOL

But before I start to celebrate my birthday, I wanted to share with you a 12x12 canvas layout I made with Linnie Bloom's Canvas products.  

I had so much fun creating this layout!  I played around with some mixed media to create a textured background on the canvas and love how it came out!  I also used different Linnie Bloom's canvas pieces throughout the layout. Here are some close ups:

"Our Reindeer" LO for Scrap Our Stash

Just a quick post to share with you a layout I did for Scrap Our Stash Countdown challenge.  

Here's my layout:

the challenge is to use 5 of something, then 4 of something and so on.  This is what I used:

5 - Word stickers

4 - numbers

3 - cork chevrons

2 - flowers

1 - rub on

"Adventure Downtown" LO for Paper Secrets Jan Challenge

Hello Crafters! 

Today I am sharing with you my layout I created for Paper Secrets.   

The challenge is to create a layout using this sketch below and any item, color, brand, etc that starts with each of the letters in P-A-R-T-Y!  Here's my layout:

I use P-patterned paper, A - Arrows, R - Rubons (white circles), T - Twine, Y - Yellow

Here's my layout:

I used the "TIC" row: Corrugated Cardboard, Arrows and Mist (white on corrugated cardboard and on doily).  I also combined my layout with the three other Scappy Friends challenges  - color combo, "happy" and the sketch (See Below).
