Memorial Day...

I woke up not feeling good this morning. I was glad to be off work. My hubby took the babies to his parents for the day. My Oldest son moved out (again-- LOL) today. My oldest daughter had a Memorial Day Band performance and then later went to the movies. My middle child, Taylor, stayed home with me and we scrapped our day away. Still not feeling good, I knocked out 3 layouts:

Friday Fun!

What a nice Friday I had! I meet up with a few scrap buddies at a local Scrap store and we cropped from 10 - 6! It was very relaxing to scrap with no interruptions ( that normally happen when you crop at home) and to crop with good friends... just plain FUN! I did complete a few layouts... but I will only post this one....

A Fun Day at the Zoo!

Today we had a really good family day! We took the babies to the Santa Ana Zoo. It's a really small-super small Zoo/Park. It doesn't have too many animals but it does have a variety of Monkeys, some Lamas, and my favorite..... An Elephant!! Yes! and we got to ride Betty! Woohoo!! Ok here are some pictures of our day!

Sick this Week

Its been over a week since I posted!! I haven't been feeling well this week. :( I even called in sick and stayed in bed all day! Yeah.... and didn't even have the urge to go touch my paper! But today is Friday, I am feeling better and I am about to get ready to go scrap all day with some of my friends at a nearby LSS.

I did complete a couple of pages last week....

I made this layout for a friend. This is the first time I made a layout for someone! Everyone has different taste and I am always nervous that they will not like it. Anyway, it was a lift from a very talented scrapper that I follow here on Blogger: Bodils scrappeverden.

These next two layouts were quick layouts from a few of my favorite sketch sites.. 52sketches 52 weeks, and Creative Scrappers.

This week is very busy for me! The Ducks have two home games, we are attending an Angels game, going to Disneyland on Saturday for my daughters birthday and then Mother's day! But... NEVER too busy for some crafting!! :) I made this layout the last 2 nights after work, after the kids are fed, bathe, homework is checked and finally.... ME TIME!!

These pictures were taken at my son's first birthday party. I don't have too many pictures of my two boys, so when I get a chance to snap one, i love to scrap them! The journal reads "2o years apart, but closer then ever. Jon & Ryan 4/25/09".

Great NSD Weekend!

How was your NSD? I enjoyed myself at CI Scrapbooking in Bellflower with my friend Kristi. We spent 13 hours croppin', eatin', chit chattin' and of course, scrappin'!! :0) I was able to complete 4 layouts there and 1 today....
