Scrappy Friends Monthly Challenge & MARCH WINNERS!!!

As you all know, my Scrap Friends and I get together monthly and give you all an individual challenge and a group bonus challenge for 5 chances to win with just 1 layout!  Woohoo!

  

The Challenge: 

I know color challenges can be very challenging!! So I'm going to make it a bit easy on you! :) For this challenge, you are to create a layout using at LEAST 3 of these 5 colors. You cannot add any other color except white, black or kraft. You may deviate from the colors by a shade or two, but don't get carried away! LOL :)

Anything Goes Easter Challenge

This week's challenge over at RCS is an Easter - Anything goes challenge!!!  I decided to do a card:

I used GCD Studios paper along with that cute bunny and flower from Verve Stamps! I dry embossed the white cardstock for texture and frilled it up with pearls!  Lastly, the final touch to pull it all together was stitching.

Today I have a fabulous sketch from Liz Chidester.  This sketch is for Paper Secrets March 15th Sketch challenge.

Scrap Our Stash - Sketch w/ Stash LO

Scrap Our Stash - Kraft it Up LO

Have you been over to SCRAP OUR STASH CHALLENGE BLOG?  This month we have a new look and a new challenge format!! :)   Our first challenge under the new format is to use Kraft paper and embellishments (at least 50% of your layout) and at least 3+ pieces of metal.  My metal items are - arrow, heart brad, Diva charm and brads.  Here's my layout:

EXCITING NEWS TO SHARE!!!!

I am jumping up and down to share with you all this exciting news!!!!  I have always wanted to design for a manufacturer and today, my dream comes true!!!  

I am so excited to announce that I have made the  GCD Studios Design Team!!!!!  WoooHooo!!  Words cannot explain how I am feeling right now.  All I can say is, to be part of this team... with all these wonderful super talented ladies is so surreal!!

Now for some really GREAT news.... I am officially one of the DESIGN TEAM MEMBERS!!!  YAY for me!!! I am super duper excited!!! :)
