December Challenge and Winner Announced!!!

December is here already!! Can you believe it!!! 

 This month we decided to do something different.  In the holiday spirits, we decided to base our challenge around the word:

~NOEL~

As you know, I joined forces with 3 of my scrap buddies (Brenda, Kristi and Kerys) to give you not one... but 5 chances to win a prize with 1 layout!

So here's how it works:

MY DECEMBER CHALLENGE:

Each one of us has taken a letter from NOEL as inspiration for their challenge. I have "E" so my challenge to you is 

to create a traditional layout using at least 5+ EYELETS! 

Here's my layout:

RULES (to be entered into drawing):

• You must be a FOLLOWER of my blog
• Your traditional (no digital please) layout must be NEW as of DEC. 1, 2012
• You must link your entry below with Mr. Linky by DEC. 30th, 2012 11:59 pm (PST)

One lucky winner will win this prize:

6x6 pack of Cosmo Cricket Paper Jane, Kaiser Craft Pearls, and American Crafts Rose Trim

BONUS CHALLENGE:

 Like I stated above, each one of us picked a letter from NOEL for their challenge.  Here are the other challenges:

     N - Scrappin Happy (Kerys) - use a number in the title.

     O -Kristi B's -  use something Oval. 

     E - My challenge!! use at least 5+ Eyelets. 

     L - GCC (Brenda) - use line paper and /or with a list. 

 Each one of us (Brenda, Kristi, Kerys and I) will be providing a prize for the winner on our individual blog AND there will be a BONUS PRIZE, so that is a chance to win (5) different prizes each month!!

BONUS PRIZE:

The winner of this month's BONUS prize will be awarded a $20 gift certificate to winner's choice of Michaels, JoAnn's, Hobby Lobby OR their choice of any online papercrafting store.

 Here's a close up on my hand made sun. I bought a small piece of white fabric from Joanns.  I misted it and rolled it into a circle on top of a BasicGrey Diecut. I also added some pearls and sparkles to it.  I got this idea from a layout in the Scrapbook Trends magazine and just had to try it out! :)
